Alberto Pliego is a member of González Calvillo´s Intellectual Property’s Practice Group. Mr. Pliego has experience in ​​Intellectual Property mattes: counseling and litigation in trademarks, tag lines, trade names, franchises, licenses, assignments of rights, administrative procedures before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and the National Institute of Copyright, as well as administrative appeals, nullity appeals and Amparo actions.
