Alfredo Pineda Nieto is a member of González Calvillo´s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Pineda has extensive experience in counseling and representation of domestic and foreign clients, both with regard to litigation, prosecution and contracts related to Intellectual Property matters such as trademarks, patents, copyrights, information technologies and franchises, licensing and acquisition of intellectual property rights

Counseling, prosecution and contracts in connection with Intellectual Property matters.  Litigation before administrative and judicial authorities, related to the defense of patent and trademark rights, as well as copyrights.  Moreover, Mr. Pineda provides clients’ counseling regarding the development and implementation of structures related to the protection of intellectual property rights and trade secrets, comprising the preparation of different types of contracts for said purposes
