Practice Focus
Arturo Jacques is a young practitioner with some experience in the alienation of national properties, specifically in the alienation of decentralized government agencies’ properties. Additionally, Arturo has assisted both national and foreign clients in corporate and regulatory matters, in the incorporation and acquisition of companies, as well as in the drafting, negotiation and execution of contracts and credit and security documents such as trust agreements.

In 2010 Arturo Jacques participated in the team that represented the UNAM in the 17th Annual “Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot” in Vienna, Austria.
