Carlos Fernando Castilla Cruz is an associate of González Calvillo’s Administrative and Environmental Litigation Practice Group, since 2008 up to date; is a lawyer specialized in administrative law and litigation (including amparo proceedings), before Federal and Local Courts of Mexico City and of different states of the Mexican Republic. He has defended persons and private companies, in different litigations.

The legal practice includes the attention of litigation and controversies in administrative and criminal proceedings, among others. Likewise, his practice includes the elaboration of administrative/environmental due diligence reports in administrative litigation matters.

• He has represented clients in judicial procedures of administrative proceedings and amparo, in Mexico City and in several states of the Republic, including enforcement of judgments in Mexico.

• He has rendered legal opinions derived from competitive biddings before the Federal Government.

Carlos Fernando Castilla Cruz holds a law degree from the Centro Universitario México, División Estudios Superiores (Universidad Marista) on 2006. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
