César Murillo Juárez is a member of the Environmental Law, Natural Resources and Sustainable Development practice of Gonzalez Calvillo S.C. Mr. Murillo has more than 10 years of experience in the environmental practice, having worked mainly with matters related with energy, climate change, sustainable exploitation of natural resources, environmental impact, water, air and land contamination, remediation and release of contaminated land, as well as advise and litigation in procedures initiated by the three levels of government regarding compliance of environmental obligations.  Likewise, he has been in charge of diverse environmental legal due diligences and security and health of several companies.

Education and Experience
Mr. Murillo obtained his Law Degree by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México,.  He has post graduate studies in Environmental Law by the Centro de Estudios Jurídicos y Ahembientales.  Further, Mr. Murillo obtained his LL.M. Degree in International Environmental Law in American University, Washington College of Law.
 

Currently he is Coordinator and Professor of Environmental Law and International Environmental Law in the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, as well as Professor of the same subject in the post graduate program of the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Aguascalientes.  Likewise, he has been invited to participate in several forums of environmental law matters, including before the Organization of American States.
