Enrique Muñoz Guízar is member of the Environmental Law, Natural Resources and Sustainable Development practice group of Gonzalez Calvillo.

Mr. Muñoz has over 10 years of experience in Environmental Practice and Administrative Matters, especially in National Waters, Public Bids, administrative procedures before Federal, State and Municipal Authorities, and jurisdictional procedures on administrative issues.

He has actively participated in the design and implementation of public consultation and hearings procedures under the guidelines of the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation to comply with the Equator Principles, for the obtainment of Infrastructure Projects’ Financing.

Mr. Muñoz has advised different companies in the identification and obtainment of environmental permits, licenses, authorizations, and concessions required for the development of infrastructure projects in water, energetic, tourism and industrial sectors.

Enrique Muñoz Guízar is a licensed attorney who obtained his Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (Technological Autonomous Institute of Mexico).

He has been professor of constitutional law and individual rights in various universities.
