Francisco Javier Alvarez is a member of González Calvillo´s Corporate Finance Practice Group.


Practice Focus
Mr. Alvarez main practice focus is in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He also specializes in real estate, privatizations and general corporate matters.  Mr. Alvarez also has in his field of practice advising in matters of banking, the private equity funds, real estate funds and developers, brokers, creditors and debtors, in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Alvarez is currently enrolled in the Law Degree in Universidad Panamericana. He also worked as a law intern in Cortés y Núñez Sarrapy, S.C. from 2010 to 2011.
