Mr. Gálvez obtained a J.D. degree from the Centro Universitario México, División Estudios Superiores (CUMDES) in 2006. Seminary in Constitutucional Law and Amparo at Centro Universitario México, División Estudios Superiores (CUMDES). Specialization in Civil Law at Escuela Libre de Derecho. He was also an associate with Gutiérrez Mateos y Asociados, S.C. from 2006 to 2009.
