He collaborates in the Intellectual Property area of our Firm, predominantly in administrative procedures before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, nullity appeals before the Tax and Administrative Judicial Federal Court, and administrative amparo appeals. Additionally, he provides advice on copyright matters before the National Copyright Institute, and other governmental instances regarding Cinematography industry.
