Mr. Juan Carlos Izaza Avila joined González Calvillo in 2011, and is currently an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Group in Mexico. His background includes working for a prestigious law firm in México City. Mr. Izaza has experience in all type of corporate matters such as the incorporation and corporate control of commercial and legal entities, as well as in in all areas of corporate matters and transactions and in real estate. Mr. Izaza obtained his law degree (J.D. Equivalent) from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where he also obtained a diploma and is currently studying the Master at Law in International Business Law (LL.M Equivalent).


Practice Focus
Mr. Izaza provides legal assistance in real estate and corporate transactions, including leasing, commodatum, promise to purchase and sale, purchase and sale, development, construction, trust agreements, among others. Mr. Izaza’s practice also includes project development assistance. He has also provides legal assistance related to real estate and corporate due diligence matters.
