Ms. De la Vega’s practice includes general corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, transnational, business transactions, project finance, infrastructure projects and airport law.  She has actively participated in numerous transnational financings that involve public bids for concessions in the infrastructure sector, financing for energy and infrastructure projects and financial leases. She has earned considerable expertise in major real estate projects in Mexico, including airports, hotel, resort, timeshare, and fractional property projects and developments.

Ms. De la Vega has advised a prestigious client list that includes Starwood, Banobras, International Finance Corporation, DEG - Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, Abengoa, Vopak and Enagas, and has extensive experience in representing whether lenders, sponsors or the government.
