Patricio Gorozpe is a member of González Calvillo’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group since 2004. Mr. Gorozpe is a lawyer with ample experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate controversies, corporate restructures, antitrust and all kind of business transactions.


Practice Focus
Since 2004 Mr. Gorozpe has been acting as counsel for multinational and domestic companies, providing legal and business advise  related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, cinematography industry, corporate controversies, spin-offs, public and private bids, foreign investments, antitrust matters, and mining transactions. His work has included active representation and counseling of major domestic and multinational companies in the establishment of strategic alliances with Mexican companies.

Mr. Gorozpe holds a Master of Laws in International Business and Economic Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center at Washington, D.C. and obtained a J.D. degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2008.
