Gonzalez Calvillo, March 5th, 2024 – We acted as counsel to Banco Bradesco (the second largest bank in Latin America), through its subsidiary Bradescard México, S. de R.L., in the acquisition of the regulated financial entity (SOFIPO) supervised by the Banking and Securities National Commission (CNBV), Ictineo Plataforma, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P.

This transaction was subject to multiple regulatory approvals, in Mexico and in Brazil, including the change of control authorization from the CNBV.
