Daniel Morán Salgado



Daniel is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group since 2005, his practice includes sophisticated litigation concerning administrative and commercial matters; representation of clients in civil, commercial, energy, real estate controversies, administrative law procedures and bankruptcy proceedings, amparo proceedings, among others, before Federal and Local Courts of Mexico City and of different states of the Republic, including enforcement of foreign judgments in Mexico.

Likewise, his work includes the attention of appeal for reconsideration and other administrative-law remedies derived from competitive biddings before the Federal Government, administrative sanctioning procedures, nullity trials and amparo proceedings derived from resolutions rendered by the Federal Consumer Protection Prosecutor (PROFECO) and legal opinions in several matters of analysis of civil and commercial agreements, among others.

His area of practice also includes arbitration disputes in commercial matters before the Mexican and International Courts of Arbitration.


He has represented the most important technology companies in civil (among others, moral damages), and commercial lawsuits and administrative proceedings before PROFECO, obtaining several important resolutions for the operation of their business

Likewise, he has defended oil & gas companies in various judicial proceedings derived from resolutions issued by regulatory bodies or proceedings initiated by third parties against them
