Also, he is knowledgeable in comparative law, international judicial process cooperation, and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards before judicial authorities in Mexico. His practice includes representing clients in civil, commercial, and administrative procedures before all kinds of governmental authorities and entities, as well as constitutional remedies (amparo).
Moreover, he has developed a strong practice in consumer protection matters, he represents clients before the Consumer Protection Prosecutor (Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Consumidor – PROFECO), including complaints filed by consumers, and conciliatory procedures. As well as, in administrative and jurisdictional procedures related with sanctions imposed by administrative authorities in connection with consumer protection matters.
