Over the years, he has undertaken numerous labor restructures, employment terminations of high-level officers, individual and collective labor negotiations, implemented all kind of employment incentive programs for companies (stock options, restricted stock units, performance bonuses among others), labor and employment due diligence procedures and has supported many M&A transactions regarding their employment and social security component.

Experience

He counsels national and international corporations including among others, Macquarie Bank, Qualcomm, My Space, BMC Software, GE, American Standard, Google, Red Bull, General Motors and Grupo México, in complex internal labor restructures, collective and individual employment negotiations, design and implementation of benefits schemes and employer substitutions as well as in their labor regulatory affairs and litigation.
