About

Thomas specializes in project development and finance, M&A, and joint ventures, strategic alliances, and investments in the energy and infrastructure industries.   He has participated in the successful structuring and closing of numerous cross-border and domestic financings representing lenders and structuring projects, joint ventures, and investments in the upstream, midstream, and downstream petroleum industries and in the power industry.

His experience also includes commercial supply and offtake agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, and public and private tenders.  In addition to his project development and finance expertise, he has extensive experience in M&A and private equity transactions.  He is member of the firm’s German Desk, advising German clients in Mexico.
